Where else can I find pattycake treats?

I have a food allergy/sensitivity to dairy and/or eggs.  What does pattycake make for me?  

All our products are dairy and egg free. Our chocolate chips do not contain dairy, however they are processed in a facility that also processes milk chocolate. We strive to be accommodating to folks with all allergies but we are not an allergen free bakery, we are a vegan bakery :) 

Does pattycake make anything certified peanut, tree nut, soy, wheat or gluten free? 

Upon request, we can carefully prepare specially ordered items utilizing our allergy protocol involving separation of ingredients and a double-wash process. However, we are not a dedicated allergen-free bakery. As our bakery uses nuts, soy and wheat, there is always a possibility of cross contamination. Please use your discretion when ordering if you or someone you love has allergies.

Do you make sugar-free items?

Our cashew date cardamom or chocolate pistachio truffles contain no added sugar. 

Do you offer indoor dining?

We do not, however we have a lovely patio available for outdoor seating, weather permitting.

Do you have a public restroom? 

We do not. Due to the heavy equipment in use and their location, we do not have accessible bathrooms. We suggest the Whetstone Library, across the street.

What do you use instead of eggs?

It varies from recipe to recipe, but we do not use the prepackaged egg-replacers that are found in stores. We find that using products made from whole ingredients are not only more wholesome, but create much more delicious results. 

Can I place an order online? 

Due to the many different options we offer, as well as making sure we have time to meet all prior commitments, we take all special orders over the phone at this time. We do, however, offer shipping of both cookies and whoopie pies via online ordering.

How many days' notice do you need for a special order?

We ask for 7-10 days notice for special order cakes or allergen items. However, if you have a request for treats on a shorter timeline, please call the bakery, and we will try our best to accommodate you.

What are your shipping rates? 

Shipping charges are based on package size, weight, and delivery location. All orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail or UPS with a transit time of 2-3 days. 

When will my shipped order arrive? 

All orders are shipped Monday through Wednesday. Any order placed on other days will be shipped the following Monday to avoid extra transit time. Please note that holidays may affect our shipment dates as well.  

Something isn’t right with my order. What should I do?
